Tso Tsang Trail

The Cuocang Trail is located in the western suburbs of Hualien City. It used to be a quarrying road of Taiwan Cement. Later, Hualien Forest Administration rebuilt it into the trail today. It is easy to get to and easy to walk. The end of the trail is at 460m above sea level. From there, one can see the entire Hualien City and the magnificent Pacific Ocean. It is an excellent location to see the night view of Hualien.
